While on line, we came across Ruth's website and were very impressed with the information on her website. It gave us a lot information with easy access to quite a few properties that we were interested in. Other agents we contacted on the Internet stopped contacting us after a few days and a couple of emails. They must not have thought we were serious buyers or just browsers since we were from another state looking at properties, but not Ruth.

While we did a lot of property searching on our own. When we came across properties we were interested in, we'd contact Ruth and she gave us the scoop on each and every property, as well as suggesting some that we didn't find ourselves. We were very impressed with the speed at which she found the information and got back to us with answers and pictures. And believe me, we asked a lot of questions.

After many phone calls and e-mails, we decided it was time to see them for ourselves. We contacted Ruth and she scheduled an entire day just for us. We lined up quite a few properties to visit in one day. Then we saw a property that Ruth had recommended, which we did not come across during our own search, BOOM! that was it. We fell in love with the place.

Closing was a breeze and we took possession of our 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo on the Gulf side of Florida in September of 2007. We could not have been more pleased with Ruth's service and would recommend her to anyone interested in Florida real estate. My wife has already recommended Ruth to 2 of her co workers who were talking about retiring/relocating to Florida.
