  • Procure and thoroughly screen prospective tenants via credit reporting agency, verification of current & past rental history, search of public records and evictions and employment verification.
  • Applications completed within 48 hours.
  • Collect security deposit within 24-48 hours of approval.
  • Preparation of all documentation for legal and binding leases prepared by landlord/tenant attorney.
  • Prepare evictions (if necessary) at the cost of legal services only.

  • Renewals:
    • 4.2% of gross annual rent for 12 month annual lease (up to 4 properties)
    • 3% of gross annual rent (5-10 properties)
  • Seasonal Rental Fees:
    • 15% of gross rent - Lease Only contract
    • 20% of gross rent - Managed contract
