Community Pet Policy
These townhomes were built 2006-2009 in Clearwater, very near to all the best shopping. 2- and 3-bedroom townhomes at very reasonable prices. Suitable for primary or secondary home. Not appropriate for investors because you won't be allowed to rent it for the first year. The community of a little over 200 townhomes has a pool and other family amenities.

All units in the community have been sold by the builder. There are units available for re-sale from previous owners. Prices today [Update: January 2012] range from $85,000 to $130,000 for a unit.
